Your Body’s Mechanic
We’re all a little bit wonky, with plenty of aches and pains.
In a world that’s constantly demanding and on-the-go, taking care of our bodies can often take a back seat. It’s not unusual to have an ache or pain that just refuses to go away. This can often feel like our body is failing us.
Taking the first step up the mountain is often the most daunting, but it’s also the most powerful.
Welcome to your first step. An initial Osteopathic treatment with me will get you back on track and back towards functioning at your peak.

During your first session, we will discuss your complaint, medical history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. This is followed by a full biomechanical assessment, where we assess your posture, mobility, flexibility and areas of discomfort/pain. Based on this, we will create a personalized treatment plan and begin treatment if appropriate.

Initial consultations typically 60 minutes, as they include a thorough assessment and treatment. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your needs and the number of complaints you may be experiencing.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows us to easily assess and treat the affected areas. For example, gym attire such as shorts or leggings and a T-shirt is ideal. You may also be asked to take some items of clothing off from treatment. Rest assured, everything is done in a professional manner with proper draping and covering!
